Grand Sedan

_We’re out the box and into the bar with our debut LP in hand for one more hit before the whistle blows for the season. _
_ 1st Period:** Joshua Seymour** can write a fucking song. He’s a dear friend and inspiration to us, as songwriters but also in life. He’s there in hard times with a soft shoulder to lean on, and if you want proof just put on his latest album Slow Honour and have a listen, or better yet come see him play songs from live it in a rare trio performance. _
_ 2nd Period: **Runners And The Young **call themselves a bar band. We like that. We’re stealing that. We’re a bar band now too. Listening to them is like one of those dreams where locations and sounds blend together, merging off The Hume Highway and onto Route 66 then back again; the FM dial drifting between stations where you hear traces of 80’s English jangle and 90’s American indie-rock feathered into the road-worn twang of a band who has clocked the kilometres to earn it. We’re extremely grateful and excited for the opportunity to play alongside them. _
_ 3rd Period: **Grand Sedan** take the stage for the 3rd time ever to present our debut LP in full, and we’re bringing our friends. Recorded live by James Chandler (Perch Creek) at Bighouse Studios in Coburg, we couldn’t resist sparking up the tracks with some overdubs at GSHQ. If you were at our first 2 shows you can expect a cranked set you don’t want to miss. If you’ve only heard our single “The Same Way You Left” you can expect a lot more banjo. _
_ $15 on the door, puck drops at 8pm. _
_ See you on the ice. _
